If you wish to undertake a qualification, unit of competency or short course with Smartskill, you have two (2) options to apply. There is an electronic or manual application form available.

To receive an application form, you can either contact the Administration team for an electronic version or download the manual version below.

Whether you choose the electronic or manual version, the application form must be completed in full (along with certain documents). The electronic application form is automatically returned to the Adminstration team upon completion, however the manual version will need to be either scanned and emailed or returned via post to the Administration team.

Your application will not progress until all documentation has been completed and returned.

Once the application form and related documents are returned to the Administration team, they will be assessed and either approved or declined. When your application approved, you will then need to complete an induction process. If your application is declined, our Administration team will make contact about the reasons and provide alternative outcomes.

The induction process is quite simple. We will provide you with information about your chosen qualification, unit of competency or short course, outlining how the training and assessment will be delivered, and the obligations of bot the RTO and yourself during the training and assessment process.
