Restaurant Course - Industry Skills Training

Smartskill have developed an industry based Restaurant Skills Program. It is delivered at an industry venue to develop the skills and knowledge for those wanting to enter the workforce, or to hone the skills and knowledge of current industry personnel. 

 

The Restaurant Skills Program can be either a 3, 4 or 5 day course and includes units of competency such as SITXFSA001 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety, SITHFAB007 Serve Food and Beverage or SITHFAB002 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol.
