Cafe Course - Industry Skills Training

Smartskill have developed an industry based Cafe Skills Program. It is delivered at an industry venue to develop the skills and knowledge for those wanting to enter the workforce, or to hone the skills and knowledge of current industry personnel. 

 

The Cafe Skills Program can be either a 3 or 4 day course and includes units of competency such as SITXFSA001/SITXFSA005 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety, SITHFAB004/SITHFAB024 Prepare and Serve Non-Alcoholic Beverages and SITHFAB005/SITHFAB025 Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee.
